Archer is a generously proportioned cantilever chair made from tubular steel, with a plywood seat and backrest. Archer respectively references the epoch defining tubular steel chairs first produced a century ago, while featuring a number of details that make it resolutely modern.

The design utilises the material elegance of formed tubing to give the chair the right amount of spring, providing both comfort and a little dynamism. The use of semicircular forms in the foot, seat and backrest, which creates three aligned arcs when looking from above, gives the design a unified look. The rounded motif used on the junction of the seat back is an elegant touch, while the slimness of the tubing adds to an overall sense of lightness.
